All of the sudden, the world seems to become a small place. Unfortunately, once again, some terrortists outsmart the agency, they do not communicate by electronic devices. Instead they personally deliver messages on foot. Therfore, it keeps the agency in the dark. More than a billion phone calls were made every day. As a matter of fact, there is only a fraction of calls that have been analyzed. The best ways to attack terrorism is to find a terror suspect. Then we could trace his calls to other terrortists.
