PR firm...

My father doesn't care about anyone here. Because if we all die,
his PR firm will spin it. His insurance company will pay
and you will go down as the bad guy.
What is a PR firm? And what 'spin it' means?

No. The insurance company simply compensats people for injury (or the families if there is a death).
The public relations firm will present the information in such a way that it looks like a positive thing.
No reputable paper would accept money to change a story. I don't like a lot of journalists, but they do have a strong code of ethics.
