on a prescription bottle from a dental clinic, what is the title of 'Pr." in place of 'Dr.'??? Is the person qualified or not?! :/

Pr. is not the alternative word for the title Dr. Moreover, medicine bottle do not contain the title Dr.
Please provide the contents written on the bottle so as to come to a conclusion.
