Pp signature

Hi

I have a letter at home which is written because of a dispute between me and my employer.

The letter is signed with a pp but the pp signature is the same as the person underneath.

For example it's signed:

pp. Joe Bloogs

Joe Bloogs

not:

pp. Joe Bloggs

John Smith

What has happened here, could it be possible that a person has signed it without the other person knowledge.

Thankyou

Hi, I would guess that the person who signed it on behalf of Joe Bloggs just signed 'Joe Bloggs' by mistake, because he didn't realize he should sign his own name. Best wishes, Clive
