Are they different in meanings?
Can you pour out some water into this cup?

Hi, I'd use the first one, because we use "pour out" when a liquid comes out from somewhere in very large amounts. Hope it helps, Iman

I'd use the first one, because we use "pour out" when a liquid comes out from somewhere in very large amounts.
