pour, drizzle

Rain did not pour hard, but drizzled that afternoon.

It was raining hard all day, so I can't go out of my home. I sat in home watching TV. all day.

If you drizzle/pour some that spicy matter in this rice, it will be tasty.

It should rain heavily or there should not be rain at all. I don't like drizzling.
