Hi

Please advise me regarding the usage of the word 'postoperatively' in the following sentence:

"Both disorders are known to be extremely difficult to treat and can cause complications during therapy and postoperatively."

This seems to be fine, if your meaning is "...can cause complications during therapy and after the operation".

I would probably hyphenate it ("post-operatively"), though.
