Is this sentence correct:


"Neil Armstrong forgot his camera on Moon, and none of the POSTERIOR astronauts who were there have picked it up."

No. You need 'following' or 'subsequent'.

Or: ... none of the astronauts who were there later have picked it up.

'posterior' has the sense of 'behind'. As such it is used very often in medical terminology.

'posterior' is not wrong, but we seldom use it like this.

I wouldn't say Present Perfect is wrong, but I prefer Simple Past here.
