Post?

This is said by the person who conducted an autopsy, while explaining afterwards to the police that the victim had been poisoned by belladona drug. The victim's corpse was still warm during the autopsy as a consequence of ingesting this drug.

I wonder what does POST mean in this context:

''During the post, her skin was still warm to the touch. There were no environmental factors that would cause this. I knew it had to be something in the blood.''
