possible to omit "the"?

Hi,
I'm non-native-speaker English and I need advice from native-speakers.

Is it necessary to use "the" in next sentences:

1. Direct investments by (the) CIS countries in the Eurasian continent
2. Of (the) EAEU countries, Kazakhstan comes second after Russia in terms of capital export to Eurasian countries
3. of investors from (the) other CIS countries) involve Russian companies and account for 40% of total recorded FDI stock.
