Possible expressions?

There are some things I'd like to make sure what a book I use as a teaching material says. Could you check the following expressions?

The book says that the following expressions don't exist or are rarely used, but I've heard people use them. So I just want to make sure what you guys think.

1) a precious memory
2) get rid of stress
3) change one's viewpoint(s)
4) female drivers

They are all fine.

Did the book say why those expressions would not be correct?

No, it just says they are rare usages. Something like, native speakers wouldn't say them.

This native speaker might use any of them.

FYI: Precious Memories is the name of a famous southern gospel song.
The only phrase that brings any doubt to my mind is female drivers.

The current / "fashionable" practice is to use woman/women instead of the adjective female.

Many major newspapers, such as The New York Times, prefer to use women drivers rather than fema
