Hi, I was wondering why one would put the likes of ones underlined in the front of the sentence and put them at the end of the sentence. Is there any difference in terms of the effect one tries to create by placing them in front or at the end?
Since morning, I have been walking. I have been walking since morning.
From 7 to 8 a.m., I was walking. I was walking from 7 to 8 a.m.

Normal Engiish sentence emphasis comes at the end, not the beginning, so whatever is in that position receives more attention.
