Possible answers

Hi!

What are the possible or acceptable answers other than the ones I think of to the following question in spoken AmE? Here are some that I can answer off the top of my head. Are they appropriate? What would be your answers?

Blaque: What's up friend?

Yusuf:

Fine, thanks. How are you?
Good, thanks. And you?
Not so bad, thanks. How are you doing?
Not too good today.
Not brilliant, actually.
So-so.
