Possible answer?

W: What's the big emergency? I came as soon as I got your call.
M: It's my mom. There were complications with her surgery.
W: Oh no! Is she OK?
(A) She's just rushed to the hospital.
(B) It's difficult to say.

Why (a) could not be a possible answer?

Why (a) could not be a possible answer? A is possible, but very unlikely.

(A) she's just been rushed ot the hospital.

then what's the correct answer?? to me both sound ok..

If she's just been rushed there, then it's a very recent event, and would qualify as "an emergency" as referenced in the first sentence.

Now B sounds too detached - making objective commentary on her health instead of being caught up in the moment of her recent need to return to the hospital, so that A is the better choice.
