Possibility or Possible???

Please look at the following sentence.

"Every means _____ will be used to ensure that your valuables are delivered quickly and safely"
(A) possibility (B) possible (C) possibilities (D) possibly

The correct answer is (B)possible. I couldn't understand why (A) possibility can't be the other correct answer.
Since there is no article after "means", can't (A) possibility be the other right answer?
I've looked for the word "possibility" in my dictionary. It says I can use for both of a singular and a plural noun.

Thank you for your answer in advance.
