Possessives without 's

Hi

can anybody explain the following problem to me. Are all of the following correct?

Topshop clothes

Topshop's clothes

River Island shirts

River Island's shirts

The new Manchester United kit is on sale

The new Manchester United's kit is on sale

Can I use the name of a company without using 's and is there a rule for not using it.

The company or brand name is typically used as an adjective. I just bought a River Island shirt.

You may choose to optionally use the possessive.

I prefer the Ford acceleration. I prefer Ford's acceleration.

Nokia's cellphones are better.

Nokia cellphones are better.

I think there's a little difference in the sense.
