Possessives with organizations' names

Hello everyone. I've got two questions about the Possessive and would be very grateful if someone could answer them asap:

A company that plans events, makes TV shows, etc. calls itself "VAINIKAZ" (just a random title, meaning nothing).

a) Is it appropriate to describe it as a 'creativity home'? I mean, is it grammatically and stylistically ok? Or should I call it something like 'the home of creativity', 'home of creation' ?

b)Having the question above in mind, how the possesive in a sentence 'The fundamentals of creativity home VAINIKAZ’ philosophy are...' should look like? Is it correct? Could we make it sound simplier? As much as I understand, the phrase 'crativity home' acts here as an adjective so we cannot place the possesive there, can we?

I'm lost.

Thank you

Hi, Only the phrase 'home of creativity' sounds natural. It's not a good idea to try to use it as an adjective. Say what you mean in some other way.
