a. I've just heard they have bodies similar to that of Steve

b. I've just heard they have bodies similar to that of Steve's

c. I've just heard they have bodies similar Steve's

d. I've just heard they have bodies similar to Steve's body

Any incorrect? Why?

A and D are correct even though D is slightly awkward owing to the repetition of body/bodies . C would be correct if to were added: similar to Steve's. B is best avoided because of the that of + genitive (Steve's) structure.
