I came across these two sentences the other day:

A. Your father’s farm is bigger than my father’s.

B .Your father's farm is bigger than my father’s farm.

Are both these sentences correct?

Hello Greg

A. Your father's farm is bigger than my father's.
B .Your father's farm is bigger than my father's farm.

Both are correct and the same. "My father's" in Sentence A is the ellipsis of "my father's farm". You can omit the noun that follows a possessive form in such a case that your listener or reader can easily understand what noun follows the possessive.
