Possessive with, of and about

Hi

Would you say that all of the following are equally natural to native ears?

Possessive with

Possessive of

Possessive about

The child is very possessive with his toys.

He is very possessive of his books.

Why are you so possessive about this trash?

Thanks,

Tom
