Just have a question with possessive. In the sentence:
Why can't his friends just mind their own businesses?
Is it supposed to be businesses or business? I assume it is businesses because friends is plural. Also, The childrens' lives are in danger. Is the sentence right? Becauase people only have 1 life...and I'm not sure if multple people necessarily equal multiple lives because individuals only have 1.
