Possessive proper nouns

How do I handle the apostrophe with a possessive proper noun?

Since the family includes more than one person, should it be -

The leadership team of GFC will be meeting at the Rices' at 4:00 pm this afternoon.

or should it be -

The leadership team of GFC will be meeting at the Rice's at 4:00 pm this afternoon.
