Possessive apostrophe

So I was doing the SAT exam for English and there was a question that bewildered me, so I'm gonna sincerely ask you for help.

"David lynch manners were that of 1950s Boy Scout, which he certainly was."

Note: the underline does not signify that it's a tittle- though it could be a title for some other reason- they had it underlined in the essay so that it would take less time to find it.

A- No change

B- 1950's Boy Scout

C- 1950s' Boy Scout

D- 1950s's Boy Scout

now surely D is not the answer and probably not C either, so I am stuck between whether it's A or B
