possessive

Hi! I'm from Hungary. I'd like to ask you how possessive structures are correct, because I never know. For example 'the main conception of our company of policy of selling' or 'our company's policy of....' I cannot decide how many /of/ or /'s/ should be in a structure where I want to express multiple possessions. Thanks!
