Possesives for HOA doc
I am writing an agreement for my HOA, between two Association's. Could someone please check to see if I have the possessives correct? thanks in advance.

Thanks for your input. I had already changed Board's to Boards based on some of the excellent info provided on this site. I can see, and agree with you on your majority consent point, and will reword that.
