position of soon

They are on the way to your house and soon they will get to your house.

All the kids are following the aroma of the cake that you have placed in the kitchen and soon they will enter your house.

Get to the house soon, you friend is waiting for you.

Please help in understand the different position on "soon" in the sentence.

- I soon will be there -- this isn't common. Usually it goes after the helping verb and before the main verb, as the next one shows. I wouldn't say it's completely wrong.

- I'll soon be there.

- I'll be soon there. -- This is the only one that is wrong.
