Position of ONLY

Hello lovely people!

I've learnt that adverbs are "usually" found in mid-position, although some can be found at the beginning or at the end. But with only... Could you tell me if these two sentences are ok?

1. I only have a cup of tea in the morning.

2. I have only a cup of tea in the morning.

Which one is more natural?

Thanks a lot!
