Position of "for" in a sentence.

My job involves among others the preparation of notes for President on issues regarding developments in our country.
or
My job involves among others the preparation of notes on issues related to developments in our country for President.

I would like to know the positioning of preposition "for" in a sentence. I cannot find the rules in google....
