What's the difference between these two? 1. Noun/adjective+noun as in: "Operation Bravo" or "Port Vila". And in some cases like this: 2. The+noun+of+noun/adjective as in: "The island of Shao Lin" or "The country of france". Is the first one used only for special names/nouns?
