Hi everyone))

Could u tell me please which one of the following sentences is correct:

Ideas that pop up in your mind.

Ideas that pop out in your mind.

Or maybe none of them sounds ok, then how would u change it?

That sounds a bit alien to me. I would say "pop into your mind".
