Pooper

As an American, what is the first thing that you think when somebody says "pooper"?
I was wondering whether you can use it in a funny way without conveying any adult/sexual nuances. Ex.: Doctor: "This baby is very healty. It defecates so regularly you may want to call him 'Master Pooper.'" Or something like that.
Thank you.

It has no adult/sexual nuances, but it is a rather unpleasant word. You may use it within your family conversations if you like.

It sounds to me like a grade-school kid's word for "bathroom" or even "toilet".

— Where's Joey?
— In the pooper. / Sitting on the pooper.
