It depends on my mood.
One of these:
- capitalization of all words, regardless of the part of speech
- capitalization of all words, except for internal articles, prepositions and conjunctions
- capitalization of all words, except for the words (often articles, conjunctions, etc) I don't like seeing capitalized.

Hi,

I've chosen the fourth one (The Vitamins are in my Fresh Brussels Sprouts), because it is consistent with what I was taught about the Harvard referencing system.

"I would never choose the first one, I find it a bit..(how can I say it?)..rude?"

I agree, typing everything uppercase gives the impression of screaming, but I guess in a heading that also depends on font and font size.

I tend to capitalize all words regardless of the part of speech.
