Pinter turned into a terrible arsehole some years ago. He is one of the essential dramatists of the 20th Century, his extraordinary innovations

Whatever, it was a silly thing for him to write, if he actually wrote it. I dislike Bush along with the best, but find there is no reason to twist facts or resort to hysterics to support my many reasons for the dislike.
