Polite remainder

im suppose to write a polite remainder to our partner to send us the document which they had,i had written to them once but they have not replied yet again i hav to remind them.

Hope this mail finds u well! this is with reference to the prevous mail on dt XXXXXX,as we have mentioned earlier we need the documents immedietly for some XXXXX work.plz send us the document as soon as possible.
