polite order in a series

I am hoping someone can help me find something I studied a LONG TIME ago; it was called "polite order" and was referring to the rules for the order in which you place names (proper nouns and pronouns) in a series.

Might you be talking about 'the order of adjectives'?

For objective pronouns, it is:
