Letter Writing

Polite and professional reply to an email.

Dear Users,

Would you mind giving these sentences a glance? I know the person and we have agreed to keep our emails a bit less rigid or formal, but I still want to make sure that my grammar, respect, the manner of expression and professional attitude are top notch and showing. In the previous email I was asked to let the person know what my availability was/is.

Hello Bob,

Hope you are doing well. Things have been a little hectic for me lately, so until now I couldn't really make sure if I'd be able to commit to any specific dates. I hope you will understand. Yesterday I finished the semester at ABC University with the last two exams, all in Chinese. My current visa situation is also quite uncertain and I am seeking (for?) full-time employment opportunities. Anyhow, should you need me in the upcoming weeks, or if you have any emergency situations where you'd need a substitute teacher, feel free to contact me. I believe you have my phone number and wechat, don't/do you you? Since my visa will be expiring in over a month, I might be doing some traveling just to catch the last glimpse of the country and take some good photos. All the best, XYZ
