I have to write a policy on the electronic health record. who would be the stakeholders esp. those that are in oppose it?

I'm opposed to it as a patient. It takes on aspects of the automated phone answering system. It's harder to find out exactly who said what and when. I preferred the hand written record.
Of course they claim fewer mistakes are made. I haven't seen the evidence.
