Can you please check the grammatical mistakes in the sentences below. if there is any, how to corret?

According to a research by Korean Industry Bank, if we set the Korean level at 100 points, then the point of Japan is 106, and that of is only 69.9. For example, the percentage of parts produced domestically in Japan reaches 98.5%, Korea 85%, and only 40%.

For example, the percentage of parts produced domestically in Japan is as high as 98.5%, Korea 85%, and China only 40%.

I prefer Mister Micawber's version to mine in every way except that I would change "reaches" to "is as high as".

Edit: Actually, I have just checked the name of the bank, and it seems not to have an article before it - "Industrial Bank of Korea" rather than "the Industrial Bank of Korea". I prefer to use the article though.
