0If you look at the article in the link, I'm not sure whether you'll find the report disconnected like I have, at the point where I copied the paragraphs over. First, I have no idea whose ministers the reporter is saying (Chinese or Junta?). To make thing worse, I didn't know what's the meaning of pointed and what "it" refers to. So the two paragraphs in my post is almost incomprehensible to me.
