It isn't a complete sentence. However, I notice that your post is titled "Poems", and poetry doesn't need to be constructed out of whole sentences in the same way that prose does.

I don't understand what you mean by "icings". I'm not familiar with ice hockey terminology, though, so for all I know it may be correct English according to the jargon of that sport.
