Poem: Different Standards

0 01h1

01b00Different Standards02b02h1

00Life is but a fragile thing so easily shattered,02br
00These objects, destructive yet easily controlled,02br
00Are life-destroyers, mutating hit bodies in alien shapes,02br
00So much so that we accept it, acknowledge it, do it.02br
00We must halt, ourselves and these objects of destruction.02br
02br
00 We do it, do it to an extent of allowing it, why?02br
00Why allow shattered bodies, twisted torsos, lost life,02br
00Do we enjoy our actions? Preventable actions, actions02br
00That should never occur, souls created on a daily basis,02br
00Rising away from the trouble, the crash,…the families.02br
02br
00 What standards need upheaval? Will people ever learn?02br
00“Safety” recollects, repeats, reiterates after accidents,02br
00Why? These words should be acknowledged before, so02br
00As to save these lost souls, recreate safety standards,02br
00Please help, help and halt, prevent this..Please Stop and Think!02br
02br
00 Families lose members in eternal battles. Those safety people,02br
00Battle life, save life, for some, they lose life. Those lost lives,02br
00Arise, they see the light, that fantastic light, yet,02br
00No more exists a family, a permanent separation of love,02br
00Widening eternally, forever in realms, dimensions that detach life.02br
02br
00 My brother…he seen that light. He exists in a perfect realm,02br
00One that separates but affix my thoughts with him forever.02br
00How dare you? Stop this….Why adjoin this immediate pain,02br
00Right from that moment, that phonecall, those sounds, they never02br
00Leave you, that dead person on that ground does, and it hurts.02br
02br
00 Don’t ever do this? Retain some safety. Think of families,02br
00Your family, this is uninvolved, can you think of my brother?02br
00No! You cannot. Selfishness exists in those that take it, you took02br
00It. You just didn’t think of my brother, How Dare You! Will there02br
00Be a next time? It’s too late, there is no one right mistake.02br
02br
00 Will you maintain my standards? It’s not law, it’s Life. Life, that02br
00You cannot kill. It only takes those few seconds to help save lives.02br
00Will you acknowledge this, will you practice this? I hope so, maybe02br
00One day you will ultimately realise the power of safety, when you do,02br
00These feelings I express will be meaningless, as yours will be affected.02br
02br
01i00Safety, What can we do? It tumbles our life into eternal misery unpracticed,02br
00So, It costs life, yet costs nothing to implement! What will we do? Remain 02br
00Safe, as safety is what we all want, in our homes, our work and our02br
00Social life, Why not in road safety?, a free insurance policy saving inevitable death.02i
02br
02br
00This poem should be read twice I believe to acknowledge the true understanding of the whole poem. The title may become obvious as to it's meaning after reading it and is not supposed to be a deep-thought poem, should just be a constant reminder of the main safety procedures that we should implement in our lives. 02br
02br
00All criticism welcomed...02br

What we think are right may be wrong for others, and vice-versa. Especially when we ignore The Golden Rule and think we are the victims.
