A stringed-doll, it is what describes me

Deprived of liberty and ruined by destiny

Like a puppet, chained in time and in tyranny

Trapped in perdition and judged by society

The unfeigned desire to break free

From the cursed life I yearn to flee

Came at last, when man’s tyranny ceased

And a father I know of perished

I grasped the old life, as progress threatens to diminish

And clung on my past as I watch my world fade

Till I met a man whom later caused my desertion

And forced me to take refuge on life of seclusion

Poison! The impetuous act of my selfish love

It led me to torturous seclusion and to indefinite life

But reclusion didn’t stir any remorse or regret

And though love brought ache, I’ll still take it

“Just how much warped and twisted love can become when it is declared forbidden and not mine.”
