PNG and GIF Picture

How can I call a PNG/JPEG picture that is still with no moves in? Still pictures? Static pictures?
And, how can I call a GIF picture with images moving in it? I do not think moving pictures make sense. How about animated pictures and dynamic pictures?

In many situations, "picture" would by default be understood as not a moving picture. If you do need to explicitly say so for some reason, then you can say "still picture". A GIF picture containing a moving image is conventionally called an "animated GIF".
