PM or P.M?

Please pick up the wrong sentences on the following ones.

[1] They have come at 5 pm
[2] They have come at 5 p.m
[3] They have come at 5 PM
[4] They have come at 5 P.M

Sometimes I couldn’t recall whether I should write as P.M or PM.
Could you teach me for it? Thank you in advance for your teaching.

They came at 5 [p.m. / pm / PM / P.M.].

All are acceptable. I prefer p.m. and PM. The same goes for a.m. and AM, of course.
