Plz help me to say thank you to my boos

Dear sir.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you personally for the new Laptop for me. I am very happy with this new Laptop with new windows. Many thanks to Mr…………… & Mr…………… for all the assistance they have provided me during old Laptop problem. I learn from them a lot.

Again I thank you for given me fondly the new \laptop.

"Take this opportunity to ..." is not needed, it's just wasteful verbiage!

"laptop" doesn't have a capital L.

"thank you personally" is good.
