Plz help me in writting invitation letter

My job treat is pending for long time. As most of u guys know that after joining <org name> for last 4/5 weekends I was coming to office so I was not able to manage.



I am planning to make it on 21^st Sep (Lunch) as John ll also be back on 20^th Sep.
