00 I am from Bulgaria. And this year I am graduating from high school. I am writing to apply for the Bachelor’s Degree program in International Business and Management Studies in order to obtain the necessary knowledge, skills a degree needed for my future career in the business world.02br

00 I am from small provincial city in Bulgaria called Sliven, but in the recent five years I have been living and studying in the capitol of my country Sofia. My school Private College Drugba is owned by multinational Bulgarian-Turkish foundation, and most lessons are taught in English. There are also a lot of teachers and students from non-Bulgarian origin who do not speak Bulgarian, and we communicate only in English. This helped me a lot, to prepare for studying in English language program, abroad. As I have been living for five years in dormitory ,with people from different cultures, rather than just Bulgarians, I have learned a lot how to get along with different people, with different thoughts and origins. How to evaluate and enrich myself by the foreign culture, and how better evade culture clashes, and harmful misunderstandings. I consider myself a good team player and in perspective a good leader. I am not afraid of taking in charge of the activities I am involved in, and also of taking the initiative, and the responsibility for making the crucial decisions.02br

00I am truly interested in economics, history, political-geography and other social sciences. In my free time I like reading books in historical or economical themes, and also observing the business world and its trends, by making my own amateur internet researches in freely accessible business devoted web sites. Other things I do in my leisure time are playing chess, football and snowboarding as well as making short “Urban photo trips” as I call them.02br

00I chouse to apply for studying in the Netherlands, because Dutch people are famous for their commercial and diplomatic skills. The openness of the Dutch people for the different ,is well known in Bulgaria. I consider studying business in the Netherlands the most appropriate choice. Holland being the headquarters of many transnational corporations in Europe, the logistical heartland of Continental Europe’s intercontinental trade and one of the worlds biggest exporters ,is the best place to continue my observations over the business world trends in closer, up to date view. Hanze university being one of the best universities in the Netherlands and with its affordable costs is the logical choice for me. The problem solving educational system applied in your university is very appealing to my tastes. The International orientation of IBMS fits well my desire for multicultural environment and will certainly help me improve myself.02br
