Letter Writing
Plz. Help me...
Dear Sir,
I am Ishrat Jahan Mim, Age : 7 years, School : Heritage, Class : 3, I am very weak for English Language. I am not clear how to make a Correct sentence & better word. So, i need your help..The reason of previous month 26th February'2013 our school declared a Fun Party i mean picnic tour. That's time our country flow the WINTER Season, So. i have gave my school Picnic Subscription Amount $ 30 to participant the School Picnic.
But suddenly the school Admin announce the Picnic are change the date & time. Now the new time & Date Summer season 14th April,2013. Now i want to withdraw my (School Picnic subscription) amount. I am not now participate that, because now the summer season...Any time i sick for heavy hot weather. i am always suffer for hot weather. So, how to write a money withdrawn letter to my School Principal plz. send me a full letter.. The only reason summer season & hot weather & i want to my subscription money back... Plz. send me the letter my uncle mail address: Email Removed or your page.
