Thank you for your email. I would like to take this opportunity to inform you that I am planning to move to France in April and I have my own place in France (Paris). I am very keen on taking this position and I have the experience and the advantage of knowing many people working in this field.
(Would it be possible to arrange an interview for me in early April?)How could I say it in a different way? they want me to go for an interview in a week which is impossible as i have to give back my flat etc.... could you help me explaining that but FORMAL version...

For your second paragraph you could say something like Thank you for inviting me to an interview on (date). Unfortunately I will not be able to attend on that date but will be available on any date after ..... I apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
