plz help, can any one check my small paragraph?

Question

We (Arab) have lots of Petrol, but unfortunately we didn't profiteer this gift well.

We send it to the foreigners with expensive prices, and then we squander the incomings in many things that don't help our country to improve.

However in western countries they use the petrol and the money in producing many things and then resend it to Arabic countries with expensive prices. In both ways they are the winners. The biggest problem in the Arabic world is that our countries are consumer, not manufacturer. We have lots of money to produce and excellent minds to work, but who appreciate?

Western is producing airplanes and missiles, whereas Arab still talking about the past and how they were when the entire world came to them to study their different sciences.

We export it to foreign countries at a high price and then they use the profit to produce many things to then export them back to Arabian countries at a even higher price. In both instances, they are the winners. The biggest problem in the Arabian world is that our country is made up of consumers, not manufacturers. We have a lot of money to produce exports and excellent minds to do this work, but who in the Arabian countries understands the oil production/sell cycle.
